I found your blog via Google while searching for expresso machines and your post regarding r | Power training for cheapos (with a gym membership) looks very interesting to me. All I can say is WOW! Extremely nice layouts, awesome graphics and great articles. No matter how many times I come here, I am still impressed by the very professional appearance. Congratulations on a job well done.

Kristin - Yeah, I also don't usually use stationary bikes, but these things are exceptional.
Plus, my training plan incorporates a lot of power training in the winter, and it is next to impossible to do that outdoors with Oregon's weather. So, I'm lucky that we have some of these at our gym.

P.S. Nice blog, I'll add you to my blogroll - good luck with the Tri!

Wow, I don't think 24hourfitness is going to buying those anytime soon. :) I never use the stationary bikes, they feel so fake, and I find it hard to get up the resistance. It's all about the spinners and the trainer at home for me.

(saw your url in the email you sent out to obra-land about mtb)
